Join us August 15th-16th in Lloyd for the ultimate package to prepare you for the season! This elite-level hockey camp is comprised of structured ice sessions that balance fun with purposeful training, as well as a dryland component. This camp will focus on pre-season prep. Things like game-like timing, situations, hockey IQ, and compete to get us ready for the season! There will also be a skill development component that helps develop puck handling, deception, shooting, angle change of our release, passing, board play, puck protection, and more! The off-ice portion will be led by Grit Athletic Performance! Dryland training will work on hockey-specific conditioning, explosiveness/power, strength, agility, injury prevention, and more. Coaches deliver individualized feedback, corrective instruction, and progressive challenges to ensure steady improvement. These sessions boost your confidence with the puck and your overall effectiveness on the ice. Differences in age / ability level will be considered during the sessions when necessary to ensure all players receive a quality experience and appropriate challenge. U11/U13: both days = 9-10:15am ice, 10:30-11:30am dryland, 12-1:15pm ice.
U15/U18: both days = 10:30-11:45am ice, 12-1pm dryland, 1:30-2:45pm ice.
Each group gets 5 hours of ice time and 2 hours of dryland time over the weekend!
